COVID UPDATES FOR OUR MEMBERS: VIRTUAL AGM SCHEDULED & OFFICE UPDATE
We continue to face uncertainties at this time, and our staff and policyholders safety and health are of utmost importance to us as an organization, as such, we have decided to limit our office availability to the general public until further notice due to COVID-19 concerns. Deliveries, drop offs, payments can all still be made at our office through the mail slot, or you can call if you need to make arrangements for a drop off. Our staff will still be able to respond to customer needs via phone or email during this time.
We remain optimistic that we will be open and back to serving our members as we used to however, our opening date will be based on recommendations from the Province and Country leaders.
